Consumer Affairs Victoria - Teacher Resources
The Consumer Affairs Victoria website provides a collection of
useful resources for primary and secondary teachers and
students.
The teacher resources are useful for a range of subjects and are
aligned to the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) and
the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL). The materials
focus on life skills that enable young people to become smart
consumers. There is a series of film clips to promote awareness
about loans, cars, mobile phone contracts, the perils of renting,
internet fraud, gambling, competitions, scams and other pitfalls in
a complex consumer world.
