MakingCents
MakingCents is a resource for teachers and parents to help
Australians understand and manage their money. It provides a range
of education resources including advice to teachers, games, student
worksheets and individual or group activities for students aged 7
to 12 years. The parent guide helps to create family discussion
on financial concepts like credit, banking and budgeting, with the
aim of building healthy money habits for life.
The Financial Skills Assessment is an online tool that measures
the consumer and financial literacy of Australian children aged
between 10 and 12 years. Time spent on this program will depend on
teachers' objectives and aims.
